Mark is Exceptional and a true Professional. Mark DeGennaro is truly exceptional. He has an impressive level of real estate knowledge, knowledge of the market, and is always professional, patient, and gracious. When selling my home of 30 years, Mark took the time to be supportive and to provide guidance. Mark provided outstanding marketing materials and a broad presence online resulting in a high level of interest in my home. Mark was ALWAYS available for home tours and providing me with updates on the interest in my home. He was always looking out for me and had my best interest in mind. When there was a disagreement about certain repair costs, Mark was patient and worked through the situation, being respectful to all the parties involved. Mark is committed to his clients, and he will always be the real estate agent that I turn to when buying or selling a house. #1 Realtor in Elk Grove. Mark is the consummate professional. He communicated with my wife and I on a regular basis. Whenever there was a question that we had Mark was readily accessible whether it was through email, text messages or phone calls. Mark worked closely with us from the time we listed our home all the way through the closing sale of our home.
